Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS) is an acute, frequently severe and fulminant polyradiculopathy that is autoimmune in nature and that causes acute neuromascular failure. The condition is quite common in Bangladesh. GBS is an autoimmune and post-infectious immune disease.
